Are dogs allowed in the park?
Dogs/pets are not allowed into Gypsy Wood Park.
Can I bring food and drinks in the park?
It is possible to bring your own drinks and food in the park. However, it is not permitted to consume this food and drinks in the park’s Dragon Café.
Where can I buy entrance tickets?
Tickets are available online. You can print out all of tickets and take them with you when you come to the park. Codes can be taken off a smartphone or a tablet. Each ticket has a unique code which will be asked for at the entrance. You can only use this code once, even if you print multiple copies.
Can I still buy tickets online if I do not own a printer?
Yes, codes can be taken off a smartphone or a tablet.
Can I leave the park temporarily?
Yes, please ask for a stamp at the main entrance.
Do you accept Tesco Club Card Vouchers?
We do not accept Tesco Club Card Vouchers.
Is there WIFI?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in certain areas of the park.
Are under 2’s free? Do they need tickets?
We charge a toddler price for little ones that are walking (and in hard shoes) up to the age of 3. If they are not yet walking then they do not require a ticket.
Can I buy tickets on the day?
Yes tickets can be purchased on the day on our website or at the park entrance.
Can I host a birthday party at Gypsy Wood park?
Yes, Gypsy Wood is perfect for parties of any sort.
Is Gypsy Wood accessible in a wheelchair?
So that all of our visitors can have an amazing day at Gypsy Wood we’re working hard to be as accessible for our disabled visitors as possible.

Yes, Gypsy Wood is a perfect educational outing.
How do I find Gypsy Wood?
We are in the foot hills of Snowdonia, just outside of Caernafon.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to visit please contact us 48 hours before your booking, and every effort will be made to transfer your tickets to an alternative date. Cancellations made 47 hours or less in advance of your booking are non-transferrable and non-refundable, as per our ticket Terms & Conditions.
Can I buy gift vouchers?
Yes, the Gypsy Wood gift vouchers are the perfect present for any occasion.
